Established in 2022, Defense Operations & Execution Solutions Inc. (DOES) is a Defense Tech startup, research, and innovation facilitation firm. Our mission is to establish sustainable design and manufacturing facilities in vulnerable communities and HUBZones across the United States. We desire to forge strategic alliances with Federal and Local governments, Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), Minority Serving Institutions (MSIs), and Corporate entities.

This positions DOES to develop new high-technology offerings that surpass current technological advancements and to supplement existing production lines to enhance defense and commercial industrial footprints. We are specifically focused on leveraging and developing critical technologies such as refining rare earth minerals for green technologies, producing raw materials for the biotech/pharmaceutical industries, and developing trusted AI/ML and Autonomous systems, semiconductors, and other computer hardware. Additionally, we work on advanced materials for parts, components, and systems for the automotive, aviation, and space industries.
